1 cracked black pepper

⅛ tbsp brown sugar

1: Cut the bottom off of your asparagus.

2: Wrap 3 asparagus in a strip of bacon (depends on thickness).

3: Use a toothpick to hold each bundle together tightly.

4: Place on an elevated baking sheet and brush generously with glaze.

5: Bake at 425°F for 10 minutes, then glaze again.

6: Return to the oven for another 10 minutes until bacon is crispy and golden brown.

7: Sprinkle additional brown sugar and brûlée with a torch or broil until sugar caramelizes.
