A savory and nutrient-dense bison chili packed with flavor and a bit of spice. Perfect for a warm meal during the colder months, and can be adapted with any ground meat if desired.
On medium high heat, add bison to a large skillet or pot and start breaking up and browning.
After a few minutes, add pepper and onions to begin sautéing. Cook for 5-10 minutes while mixing the bison.
Once meat is broken up and veggies are translucent, add seasonings and mix. Then add tomatoes, beans, and bone broth. Mix well and bring to a quick boil, then lower heat to a simmer and cover.
Let cook for at least 1.5 to 2 hours.
 Prepare garnishes.
 Fill a bowl and enjoy!
