This flavor-packed, healthy, and delicious pork tenderloin is a great source of lean protein. It's simple to make with a honey dijon marinade and grilled to perfection.
Prepare the marinade by combining all ingredients.
Pat the pork tenderloin dry, then add the marinade over top. Make sure the whole piece of meat is covered. Let marinade 1-24 hours, longer for more flavor.
Set the grill up for 2 zone cooking. Once the grill is ready, insert the temp spike into the thickest part of the tenderloin and set it for 140 degrees internal. Then place it on the indirect heat side and brush with extra marinade.
Once the pork reaches 140 degrees, move it over to the direct heat side and finish with a sear for 60-90 seconds on all sides, brushing with remaining marinade while searing.
Once it's well seared, remove it from the grill and let it rest for approximately 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
