Smoked beef ribs are a delicious BBQ dish that offer a similar flavor and texture to brisket, but are easier and quicker to prepare. Coated with yellow mustard and a BBQ rub, they are smoked until tender and flavorful.
Trim off the silver skin and excess fat on the beef ribs, then pat them dry with a paper towel.
Coat all sides with a thin layer of yellow mustard for a binder.
Season generously with BBQ rub on all sides and pat it into the meat.
Place the beef ribs on the smoker at 250°F.
Baste the ribs with melted ghee every hour until they are probe tender and reach around 200-205°F internal (6-8 hours).
Once done, add the rest of the melted ghee on top of the beef ribs and wrap them tightly in butcher paper or foil.
Let them rest in the oven or an insulated cooler for 1-2 hours before slicing.
 Enjoy!
