Instructions

1: Pull steaks out till they are at room temp (30 min or so) pat dry with a paper towel.

2: Coat with oil then season well on all sides with salt, pepper and garlic powder.

3: Slice loose end off then slice into even pieces.

4: Make chimichurri and set aside.

5: Fire up grill for two zone cooking (one hot side & one with no heat).

6: Grill steaks directly over high heat for 2 min per side (quarter turn per minute) then place them on no heat side and let finish until desired temp (Pulled these at 125 degrees internal).

7: Let steaks rest for 10 minutes.

8: Slice, cover with chimichurri & ENJOY!
